What is your return policy for beauty products?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most hair and skin care products within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition or only slightly used.
How long does shipping take for online orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your beauty essentials sooner.
Are Gene Juarez gift cards valid for both services and products?
Yes, our gift cards are universal. They can be used to pay for salon and spa services at any of our locations, as well as for professional retail products in-store and online.
Are the products sold online the same as those used in your salons?
Absolutely. We only sell 100% authentic, professional-grade products from brands we trust and use on our own guests in our salons and spas.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the future.
